There are many opportunities use your God-given musical talents at St. James…below are just a few. Please contact Carolyn, the Director of Music, Teresa, our Associate Music Director, or the church office for more information or to volunteer in any music capacity, including sound, set up, or other needs.
Vocal Choir
The adult vocal choir leads traditional worship throughout the year and shares their vocal talents with the congregation and community with many beautiful anthems.
Bell Choir
The bell choir shares beautiful pieces of music with the congregation and is now working toward adding a third octave to our bells! You can be a part of this fun group, or even help us buy "buy a bell"!
The children's choir performs on special occasions and practices during the beginning of Kids Connect. For more information, contact Gary.
Instrumentals are used in both contemporary bands and the traditional worship service. The orchestra is a very welcome new addition!
Contemporary Worship Band
At the contemporary worship service instrumental and vocal musicians lead worship with contemporary music. You are invited to be a part of this wonderful ministry on Saturday evening at 5 pm, Sunday 9 am and 10:30 am!
